Qualifications

• 1–3 years in operations or field service coordination.
• Proactive, can surface issues and resolve quickly.
• Familiar with AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full order lifecycle from submission to delivery, with a 24-hour SLA.
• Monitor order queues and delivery pipelines; surface blockers early.
• QA survey data and implement practical, repeatable steps.
• Collaborate with processing and engineering to prevent rework.
• Coordinate drone pilots and ground-inspection contractors; confirm schedules.
• Manage contractor network against scopes, rates, performance.
• Keep Customer Success updated on delivery status; flag risks.
• Use AI tools to prototype fixes, draft SOPs, analyze data, build automations.
• Identify opportunities to systematize improvements.
• Track key metrics with BizOps: cycle time, QA pass rates, SLA, cost/site.
• Provide clear outputs from processes and analysis.
