Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Transformation Workforce Modernization team in a hybrid role based in St. Louis. You will lead enterprise-level change initiatives, integrating behavioral insights and AI-supported analysis to help clients transition to future states.

You will coach leaders, design learning experiences with AI-enhanced training, and build measurement frameworks to track adoption and outcomes across client organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex change initiatives.
• Certifications in change management (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP) are beneficial.
• Experience using AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance change delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise change strategies aligned to client culture and goals.
• Deliver AI coaching and mentor change leaders to adopt AI-enabled ways of working.
