Slalom Build is seeking a Consultant to Senior Consultant to join our Transformation Workforce Modernization team in Nashville. You will design and lead enterprise change strategies, coach leaders in AI-enabled adoption, and drive stakeholder alignment across client organizations.

The role requires 5+ years in change management, expertise in agile methodologies, and a demonstrated ability to coach teams on AI tools and new ways of working.

Qualifications

5+ years of change management experience, with leadership in complex initiatives.
Proficiency in AI coaching and enabling teams to adopt new work methods.

Responsibilities

Design and lead enterprise-level change strategies.
