Job summary
Slalom is seeking a Principal, AI Product Operating Model to guide large-scale transformations and modernize how organizations build and deliver products. You’ll architect value-stream structures, governance, and operating rhythms to optimize AI and data product delivery at scale.
Lead cross-functional teams, drive Lean Portfolio management, and reinforce enterprise agility with measurable ROI across client engagements.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management, agile coaching or agile transformation with at least 3 years in consulting or advisory roles.
- Deep expertise in product operating models and leading product organizations.
- Hands-on experience with lean portfolio management and value management practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements from discovery through implementation and sustainment.
- Develop transformation roadmaps with milestones, metrics and ROI milestones.
- Deliver frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits for operating models and governance.
- Stand up value streams, ceremonies, and portfolio management systems.
- Integrate AI into product strategy and PDLC with measurable value delivery.
