Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our Workforce Modernization team in a hybrid role based in Nashville. You will lead enterprise change strategies, provide AI coaching, and drive adoption across client organizations.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, learning design with AI-enhanced training, and measurable change outcomes. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in change management, familiarity with agile methodologies, and a strong desire to upskill in AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in change management with a track record leading complex initiatives.
• Experience coaching AI and facilitating adoption of AI-enabled work practices.
• Knowledge of agile change management methodologies and frameworks; certifications are a plus but not required.
• Proven ability to coach stakeholders and teams to adopt new tools and processes.
