Slalom Build in Houston seeks a Consultant/Senior Consultant to join Workforce Modernization. You will lead enterprise change programs, coach on AI-enabled adoption, and align stakeholders across client organizations to ensure successful transformation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex change initiatives with advanced change management mastery.
• Recent experience coaching AI initiatives and AI-enabled change.
• Familiar with agile change management frameworks; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise-level change strategies integrating behavioral insights and AI-supported analysis.
• Deliver AI coaching and mentor change leaders to adopt new AI-enabled ways of working.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication for alignment and sponsorship.
• Develop learning experiences including AI-enhanced training and digital assets.
• Anticipate resistance and apply data-driven insights to ensure adoption.
• Establish measurement frameworks to track adoption, proficiency, and learning outcomes.
• Provide post-implementation coaching for long-term sustainability.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance deliverable quality and consulting efficiency.
