Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR transformation, digital HR, or HR tech consulting.
• At least 3 years in a senior manager or leadership role.
• 3+ years leading large HR transformation projects.
• 2+ years in High Tech, Communications & Media, or Software industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Define HR transformation strategies integrating AI and automation.
• Develop value cases and roadmaps aligned to business strategy.
• Design HR operating models, shared services, and outsourcing.
