Job summary

Accenture is seeking a cross-functional Financial Services Salesforce Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end Salesforce transformations for banking, capital markets, payments, wealth management, insurance, and fintech clients. You will partner with senior stakeholders and lead onshore, offshore, and client teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of progressive Salesforce delivery, program leadership, or consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations or managed services programs.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering solutions within the Financial Services domain.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce transformation programs across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing delivery leadership, governance, and strategic guidance.
• Build, lead, and mentor cross-functional onshore, offshore, and client teams to deliver outcomes.
• Oversee Salesforce solution delivery across Financial Services platforms and architectural standards.
• Manage program financials, resource planning, delivery operations, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Support sales pursuits, solutioning, AI-enabled delivery, and development of new Salesforce capabilities.
