RSM US LLP seeks a Digital Product Manager/Product Owner for AI-enabled digital products used by Consulting professionals and clients. You will own vision, backlog, and business value, partnering with engineering to deliver releases, and work with adoption teams to drive utilization.

The role requires hands-on experience with agentic AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and MCP-enabled integrations to accelerate product delivery and prototype solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Product Manager/Product Owner, AI product, or similar role.
• Mid-to-advanced AI fluency with agentic tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude).

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the product backlog including epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and backlog health.
• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, lifecycle decisions, and prioritization for assigned products.
• Drive adoption; partner with Change Management for training, communications, readiness, launch, and hypercare.
• Apply AI tools and MCP-enabled integrations to build repeatable workflows, prototypes, and refinements.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI, automation, and knowledge retrieval into products for better outcomes.
• Partner with engineering to expose enterprise systems to AI agents securely via MCP servers/connectors.
• Rapidly prototype concepts, workflows, prompts, wireframes, or PoCs to test assumptions.
• Prepare Product Council recommendations for investment, scaling, sustainment, and retirement decisions.
• Make day-to-day decisions on backlog tradeoffs within roadmap, funding, risk, and capacity.
