Job summary

AlertMedia, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to define the vision for AI-enabled capabilities and guide day-to-day execution with cross-functional teams. You’ll leverage customer insights, industry trends, and data to shape the roadmap and deliver impactful features.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to ensure rapid delivery, strong user value, and measurable outcomes. Austin preference with US remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in B2B enterprise software, owning end-to-end lifecycle.
• Experience leading established or emerging products and capabilities.
• Experience with agentic/AI-native products and integration platforms.
• Understanding of AI/LLM capabilities in product design and guardrails.
• Systems mindset with focus on workflows, dependencies and triggers.
• Strong analytical judgment and decision making from incomplete data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to discuss with engineers and executives.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, APIs, data pipelines, and integrations.
• Experience in critical event management, emergency comms, security, or business continuity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product roadmap for AI capabilities and future direction.
• Collaborate with Marketing to position capabilities and enable GTM teams.
• Translate customer problems into specs, acceptance criteria, and milestones.
• Work with engineering and design to deliver value in releases.
• Break initiatives into releasable increments and maintain release readiness.
• Groom backlog and resolve ambiguity to avoid rework.
• Lead cross-functional discovery and customer feedback sessions.
• Demonstrate measurable impact through adoption and outcomes.
