Job summary

Accenture is seeking a learning strategy consultant to lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, build client relationships, and apply structured problem-solving to transform learning capabilities. You will advise on vision, design AI-enabled operating models, measure impact, and contribute to business development.

Travel may be required. Minimum 3 years in learning strategy or related fields and 1 year in consulting, plus experience in the Insurance industry and fluency with AI

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning strategy, organizational capability development, or talent consulting.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Insurance Industry.
• Fluency with generative AI platforms (including ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini).
• Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Core consulting skills: structured problem solving, hypothesis-driven analysis, executive storytelling, and high-quality slide writing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients.
• Be ready to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of learning strategy engagements, managing workstreams, timelines, quality, and team coordination.
• Build strong working relationships with client delivery counterparts.
• Apply hypothesis-driven, structured problem-solving to decompose learning challenges into insights.
• Advise clients on learning vision, strategy, and operating model design.
• Work on learning capability diagnostics and roadmaps.
• Design AI-enabled learning operating models spanning governance and processes.
• Define measurement frameworks and analytics for ROI.
• Shape and deliver executive-ready presentations and deliverables.
• Stay at the forefront of AI in learning and contribute to IP and go-to-market capabilities.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and thought leadership.
