Job summary

Seen Health is seeking an experimental builder to lead learning and performance enablement across the organization. As the first L&D hire, you will architect content and systems to drive high performance for diverse teams, from drivers to physicians, within a regulated healthcare framework.

You will build data-driven, scalable programs, leverage Orbit, and collaborate with engineering, clinical leadership, and the IDT to ensure training aligns with CMS/DHCS requirements and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning & development, clinical education, or workforce development.
• Experience with regulated healthcare training compliance.
• Ability to design scalable, data-driven learning programs.

Responsibilities

• Architect content and systems to enable sustainable high performance.
• Deploy AI-enabled training within regulated healthcare context.
• Lead onboarding programs and ramp plans with clinical and operational leads.
• Own LMS administration, content standards, and learning analytics.
• Define metrics for training effectiveness and report to leadership.
