Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Learning Experience & AI Enablement Manager to shape innovative learning across US Pharmaceuticals. You’ll blend instructional design, AI-enabled learning, and technology to deliver scalable, measurable solutions that improve performance across the organization.

Lead with responsible AI practices, collaborate with global L&D and vendors, and drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows to continuously improve curricula and outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and/or 8 years of corporate pharmaceutical experience or Master’s degree.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Healthcare or training organization.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience developing eLearning using Articulate 360, Synthesia, Vyond, Adobe Suite, MS 365.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience applying generative AI in learning design and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to assess needs and translate into learning strategies.
• Design and deliver digital learning solutions including eLearning modules and simulations.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, risks, and project plans.
• Use generative AI to enhance learning analysis, design, personalization, and efficiency.
• Co‑lead AI adoption within L&D, including use-case identification and workflow development.
