Job summary

Factory Advisors is seeking a Manager - Digital Learning & AI Solutions to help manufacturing clients implement digital learning and workforce enablement solutions. You will manage multiple client implementations, develop engaging learning content, and support adoption of AI-enabled tools across projects.

The role collaborates with consulting, software development, instructional design, AI, and client operations teams.

Qualifications

3–7 years of project-management experience in manufacturing or related industries.
Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience with LMS/LXP or digital learning technologies.
Experience developing digital learning content, training materials, or job aids.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, Information Technology, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Lead client implementations from kickoff through adoption.
Create engaging digital learning content and microlearning modules.
Configure and administer LMS/LXP platforms and tools.
Collaborate with SMEs to translate operational knowledge into learning experiences.
Support AI-enabled solutions and change management for clients.
