Job summary

E-Space in Arlington, TX is seeking an experienced Internal Communications leader to bridge the executive team and the broader company, reporting to Head of People and working onsite.

You will own the internal communications operating model, drive All Hands and quarterly business reviews, build an intranet hub, create scalable templates, and partner with executives to translate strategy into clear stories for technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in internal communications, culture, or related role at a tech or rapid-growth company.
• Proven track record building or scaling internal comms programs and platforms.
• Experience delivering large-scale moments (All Hands, QBRs) and executive communications.
• Demonstrated ability to design culture and retention initiatives that move the needle.

Responsibilities

• Define and own internal communications operating model, channels, cadences, and editorial calendar.
• Lead All Hands, QBRs, org announcements, exec updates, and crisis communications.
• Build and maintain an intranet/knowledge hub as the single source of truth.
• Create scalable templates and playbooks for recurring programs.
• Partner with exec leadership to translate strategy into clear storytelling for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with People, Workplace, Legal, and Finance to ensure aligned messaging.
