Job summary

Impulse Space is seeking an Internal Communications Specialist to own how we communicate with our people. You will translate company priorities into clear, compelling messages and own core channels and programs such as All Hands and leadership communications.

You’ll partner with People Operations, Recruiting and leadership to ensure messaging is cohesive as Impulse grows, while strengthening culture and employee experience through storytelling and engaging content.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in internal or employee communications
• Experience partnering with executives on messaging and company-wide comms
• Strong writing and editing to translate complex topics into clear messages

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and execute internal comms strategy across channels
• Own All Hands program and content end-to-end
• Draft leadership messages and talking points
• Coordinate messaging with People Ops, Recruiting, and leadership
• Strengthen culture through stories, recognition, and shared experiences
• Measure engagement and continuously improve the program
