Job summary

Accenture's Global Capability Center seeks a reinvention manager to shape technology strategy and architecture for GCC design and setup. You will drive cross-functional, end-to-end work reinvention with emphasis on tech-enabled process reengineering and data & AI enablement for new or existing capability centers.

Responsibilities include evaluating current tech landscapes, defining future-state architectures, and collaborating with solution teams and stakeholders to align with business

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of GCC strategy and large-scale transformation experience.
• 2+ years designing and scaling technology operating models in GCC environments.
• 1+ year leveraging AI-enabled platforms and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, sales and GCC/GBS setup engagements at HQ.
• Assess technology landscapes, define future architectures, and recommend solutions.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ.
• Travel up to 50%.
