Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center (GCC) Capability Reinvention Manager to shape technology strategy and system architecture for GCC design and setup. This role focuses on tech-enabled process reengineering and data & AI enablement across large-scale centers.

You will work with solution teams, assess landscapes, define future-state architectures, and travel up to 50% to support HQ transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in GCC strategy and transformation.
• At least 2 years designing scalable technology operating models.
• At least 1 year leveraging AI-enabled platforms and data insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and system interoperability.
• Assess the current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend technology solutions that align with the target operating model and business objectives.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring technology decisions support broader transformation goals.
• Ability to travel up to 50%
