Job summary

Harness, the AI Software Delivery Platform, seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer - DevOps/SRE to join the Customer Success team. You will be the technical owner for AppSec deployments, guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, and value realization, while advising on architecture and security best practices.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to optimize solutions, develop adoption plans, and ensure successful outcomes for AI-enabled DevSecOps deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering, solutions architecture, security engineering, or technical account management.
• 5+ years with cloud, infrastructure, CI/CD, and security tooling (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins).
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations and adoption programs across the Harness AppSec portfolio.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance from onboarding to value realization.
• Develop strategic account success plans aligning with customer leadership.
• Develop deep understanding of Harness platform, AppSec modules, and AI-enabled security concepts.
• Analyze usage data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.
• Collect customer feedback for product management to improve solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews and address concerns promptly.
• Identify at-risk accounts and drive adoption targets and ARR goals.
• Contribute to CS processes, tools, and enablement content.
• Participate in Harness Community forums and reference architectures.
