Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on vendor management or business operations.
• 2+ years of experience managing cross functional data projects (3P data source integration).
• Experience in data modeling, project tracking, including advanced proficiency with Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides.
• Experience with establishing programs and leading them end-to-end while scaling for growth.
• Experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
• Experience communicating with data to drive change.
• Experience managing competing priorities and shifting requirements independently, and resolving operational problems as they surface.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Meta Sourcing and Privacy teams to complete data contracts and renewals.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and expand data coverage.
• Guide vendor management practices and governance; support pricing decisions.
• Define clear program roadmaps and share frequent updates; communicate risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on internal processes, templates, and guidelines.
• Define and manage strategic initiatives to improve team efficiency and impact.
• Integrate AI into workflows to support productivity, innovation, and quality.
• Collaborate with Global Research Ops and adopt new processes.
