Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience with a vendor management or business operations focus.
• 2+ years of cross-functional data project leadership (3P data source integration).
• Experience with data modeling and project tracking; advanced Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides.
• Experience launching programs end-to-end and scaling for growth.
• Ability to build relationships with peers and senior stakeholders across locations.
• Experience communicating with data to drive change.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Meta Sourcing and Privacy teams to complete data contracts and renewals.
• Identify efficiency opportunities and expand data coverage from vendor relationships.
• Guide vendor management governance and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Define program roadmaps, communicate updates, surface risks, and ensure delivery.
• Develop templates and guidelines to improve team processes.
• Define and manage strategic initiatives to boost efficiency and impact.
• Integrate AI into workflows to support productivity and adoption.
• Collaborate with Global Research Ops and align with team needs.
