Job summary

Meta seeks a Global Research Operations (GRO) Program Manager to define, establish, and scale global research programs and create scalable processes that support a growing team. Qualifications

• 6+ years in program or project management with vendor management focus.
• 2+ years managing cross-functional data projects (3P data source integration).
• Experience in data modeling and project tracking; proficient with Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Experience establishing programs and leading them end-to-end while scaling for growth.
• Experience building relationships with peers and senior stakeholders across locations.
• Experience communicating with data to drive change.
• Experience managing competing priorities and shifting requirements independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Meta Sourcing and Privacy teams to complete data contracts and renewals, ensuring compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and expand data coverage.
• Guide vendor management and governance, supporting pricing decisions and terms.
• Define program roadmaps, deliver frequent updates, surface risks, and ensure commitments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on processes, templates, and guidelines for team optimization.
• Define and manage strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and impact.
• Work in an AI-native way by integrating AI into workflows to support productivity and quality.
• Serve as a link to Global Research Ops for new processes and best practices.
