EventusWholeHealth in the United States is hiring a Clinician Support Specialist (CSS) to assist the clinical care team and coordinate workflows across facilities. You will support Advanced Practice Clinicians and staff, helping with encounter documentation, scheduling, and patient communication to ensure high-quality care.

This role emphasizes strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Travel to facilities is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT highly preferred.
• Minimum one year of patient care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with complete patient information, documentation, and schedules.
• Assist with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart preparation for clinicians.
• Coordinate and maintain patient schedules, including admissions, discharges, and changes.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families to support care delivery.
• Assist with triage and documentation as directed by clinicians.
• Organize and manage clinical documentation, including labs and records.
• Host and support telehealth visits for routine and acute care needs.
• Process patient consents and route documentation correctly.
• Participate in facility meetings and communicate updates to the care team.
• Support discharge planning and ensure accurate census and records.
