Job summary

EventusWholeHealth is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist to bolster the clinical care team in facilities. You will coordinate workflows, support clinical services, and improve communication among patients, providers, and care teams.

As part of a dynamic environment, you’ll collaborate with APCs and facility staff, handling documentation, scheduling, and patient interactions to elevate care quality and clinician efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA), CNA, or PCT preferred.
• Minimum one year of patient care experience preferred; medical scribing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with complete patient information, documentation, and schedules.
• Assist clinicians with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart preparation.
• Coordinate and maintain accurate patient schedules including admissions, discharges, and changes.
• Act as a liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families to support care delivery.
• Assist with triage needs and documentation as directed by the clinician.
• Organize and manage clinical documentation including labs, diagnostics, and records.
• Host and support telehealth visits for routine and acute care needs.
• Obtain and process patient consents and route documentation properly.
• Participate in facility meetings and communicate updates to the care team.
• Support discharge planning and maintain patient census and records.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the organization positively.
