EventusWholeHealth in the United States seeks a Clinician Support Specialist to assist the clinical care team and coordinate workflows with Advanced Practice Clinicians and facility staff. You will help enhance communication among patients, providers, and care teams to ensure high-quality care.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Travel to assigned facilities is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT certification preferred.
• Minimum one year of patient care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds with patient information, documentation, and schedules ready.
• Assist clinicians with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart preparation.
• Coordinate and maintain patient schedules, including admissions, discharges, and changes.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families.
• Assist with triage needs and documentation as directed.
• Organize clinical documentation, including labs, imaging, and records.
• Host and support telehealth visits for routine and acute care.
• Obtain and route patient consents and documentation.
• Participate in facility meetings and communicate updates to the care team.
• Support discharge planning and maintain patient census accuracy.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the organization positively.
