Job summary

Golden Technology is seeking an agile Change Management professional to lead OCM initiatives in a fast-paced environment in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role focuses on adoption, training delivery across multiple user groups, and governance of metrics to drive proficiency.

The candidate should excel at engaging executives to end-users, coordinate multiple workstreams, and apply proven change management frameworks to ensure successful transitions in an AI-enabled program.

Qualifications

• Proven change management experience across complex programs.
• Experience delivering training to diverse user groups.
• Ability to measure adoption and adjust strategies based on data.
• Strong stakeholder engagement from executives to end-users.
• PROSCI, Change Guide or LaMarsh certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery with stakeholders.
• Conduct readiness assessments and present findings clearly.
• Develop actionable OCM plans, including communication, sponsor roadmap, coaching, training and resistance management.
• Implement the Organizational Change Management framework to manage the people side of change.
• Present solutions to multiple stakeholders for review and feedback.
• Measure progress and pivot approaches as needed.
• Coordinate and measure training deployment and competencies.
• Provide coaching to front-line managers and leaders through transitions.
