• 8+ years of experience in project, program, change management and/or training content development.
• Expertise in change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to support change activities.
• Experience on enterprise-scale, multi-country digital transformation projects.
• Experience developing communications and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Drive organizational change from strategy through adoption and post-launch support.
• Leverage generative AI to accelerate communications and enablement content.
• Partner with business, engineering, privacy, and security to define scope and success criteria.
• Learn quickly about new environments to build effective change strategies.
• Build trust and alignment across teams and leadership.
• Conduct impact assessments and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Design and execute large-scale communications to drive adoption, including regulatory changes.
• Develop scalable training (ILT and self-paced) and work with regional teams.
