Capgemini is seeking an experienced Strategy and Transformation consultant in Buffalo, NY to lead enterprise-wide change programs. You will guide AI-enabled transformation, help design new operating models, and partner with clients to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder engagement, and delivering change at scale across strategy, people, technology, and performance.

Qualifications

8-10+ years of OCM/transformation experience with client-facing leadership.
Proven ability to facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders.
Experience shaping communications, training, and readiness activities at scale.
Able to tie change activities to measurable adoption outcomes.
Strong, pragmatic communication with delivery discipline.
Knowledge of AI-enabled tools in organizational change contexts.
Fluency with OCM frameworks and adoption measurement.

Responsibilities

Lead change strategy and execution for transformation workstreams.
Run change impact assessments and translate into adoption plans, optimized with AI.
Design and facilitate workshops for leaders and teams.
Create executive-ready communications and enablement approaches.
Establish adoption KPIs; track progress and drive actions.
Collaborate across business and technology teams.
Coach junior team members and maintain quality standards.
Shape change deliverables like stakeholder maps and governance.
Develop client-ready content and recommendations for the transformation roadmap.
