Job summary

Urrly is seeking an operator-builder to transform complex capital work into repeatable systems, moving capital products from intake through closing, funding, draws, reporting, and onboarding. You will own workflows, internal tools, automation, and operating discipline, reporting directly to the CEO.

Location in New York is strongly preferred with in‑office work, hybrid options, and consideration for exceptionally aligned remote candidates.

Qualifications

• Led ambiguous, cross-functional programs with real dependencies and outcomes.
• Transformed messy workflows into durable, adoptable systems.
• Demonstrated practical AI fluency with coding agents or similar tools.
• understands Git, branches, PRs, testing, deployment, iteration, rollback.

Responsibilities

• Own the workflows and operating system moving capital products from intake to closing.
• Make ownership, handoffs, risks, decisions, and deliverables visible across teams.
• Turn fragmented processes into repeatable, scalable workflows.
• Develop internal tools and automations using coding agents and AI where appropriate.
