Job summary

Urrly is seeking a hands-on operator-builder to transform capital workflows into repeatable systems. You will own end-to-end processes from intake through onboarding, building internal tools and automation, and driving adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• Led ambiguous, cross-functional programs with dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
• Transformed recurring, messy workflows into durable systems adopted by others.
• Demonstrated practical AI solutions using Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar agents.
• Operates safely within a software-delivery process and understands Git, branches, PRs, testing, and rollback.
• Works effectively with incomplete information and limited resources to deliver simple, useful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end capital product workflows from intake/underwriting to closing, funding, and partner onboarding.
• Build practical internal tools and automations; standardize templates, data structures, and approval paths.
• Drive adoption across teams; collaborate with origination, underwriting, capital markets, finance, asset management and leadership.
• Identify AI opportunities vs. where human governance is essential; deliver AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual steps.
