Job summary

Urrly is seeking a Client Partner to own client relationships, recruit directly, and grow accounts by delivering outcomes. You will learn each client's business, lead discovery and calibration, build search strategies, source and engage candidates, run screens, manage the process through placement, and identify the next hiring problem Urrly can solve.

This hybrid role centers on ownership over client growth, high-touch engagement with executives, and rapid delivery using AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

Candidates with agency recruiting, full-desk recruiting, staffing, or account-management backgrounds are preferred.
Demonstrated ability to expand or renew client relationships and to drive outcomes.
Proven track record of running discovery, defining search strategies, and delivering strong recruiting results.

Responsibilities

Own client relationships and account growth across active searches.
Lead discovery, calibrations, and search strategies for client contexts.
Personally source, engage, screen, and help close candidates; coordinate delivery.
Maintain clear client updates, conversations, and trajectory of expansion opportunities.
Use AI-enabled workflows to improve speed, visibility, and outcomes.
Collaborate with leadership to refine playbooks and train future Partners.
