Job summary

Crux, a leader in capital markets for clean energy, seeks a BizOps Lead to design and deploy automation-first infrastructure within the Capital Solutions Business Execution team. You will streamline diligence workflows, reduce manual tasks, and build scalable internal systems that support Crux’s growth.

You will partner with Commercial, Growth, Product, and Engineering to ensure robust, data-driven operations, leveraging AI to speed up decision making and improve customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business operations or similarly rigorous analytical environments.
• Experience partnering with investment, finance, or transaction teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across business units.
• Track record of solving ambiguous high-impact problems by rooting causes and prioritizing.
• Experience applying AI/automation to streamline workflows and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy automation-driven infrastructure for the Capital Solutions Business Execution team.
• Eliminate manual work by identifying high-leverage tasks and replacing them with scalable automation.
• Build reliable service infrastructure across GTM tools to enable teams with precision and less manual effort.
• Move quickly on scoped MVPs and iterate toward operational excellence.
• Champion AI-powered tools to accelerate internal processes and improve customer-facing systems.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Growth, Product, and Engineering to ensure robust systems.
• Stand up analytics and reporting to drive performance insights and improvements.
