Landing Point seeks an Analyst to join its Business Development team to manage systems and data backbone, and lead AI integration efforts. You will serve as the primary technical administrator for DealCloud CRM and investor databases, define data standards, and audit data quality.

You will also lead data governance, manage API connections, and build insightful reports. With 4+ years of CRM experience and hands-on AI tooling knowledge, you will drive data-driven decisions, train BD staff on CRM

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with CRM platforms, ideally within asset management or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data governance and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for data entry and workflow automation.
• Project management experience and familiarity with technology vendors.
• Preferred: GPA 3.5+, SQL, advanced Excel, or Power BI/Tableau experience, DealCloud certification.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary technical administrator for DealCloud CRM and investor databases.
• Define data standards and ensure data quality through audits and exception reporting.
• Lead data governance projects and maintain process guides and training materials.
• Troubleshoot data sync issues and manage API connections with IT and vendors.
• Build advanced queries and design reporting layouts for actionable insights.
• Manage access and onboarding for BD tools, including AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
• Train and coach BD team members on CRM standards and provide user support.
• Support broader firmwide initiatives and special projects as needed.
