Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years supporting enterprise systems, process automation, and system integrations as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with requirements, user stories, test plans, QA, UAT, defect management, and release sign-off.
• Experience managing backlogs, coordinating releases, and supporting CRM and integrated enterprise environments.
• Experience with data analysis, project management, distributed development teams, training, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and acceptance criteria for AI Agents, workspaces, integrations, and Salesforce enhancements.
• Manage feature requests, backlogs, dependencies, risks, decisions, and release coordination.
• Own the AI Agent, MCP Server, and MCP Tool registry and governance reviews.
• Plan QA and UAT, manage defects, and confirm business sign-off before releases.
• Coordinate distributed developers, stakeholder feedback, reporting, documentation, training, and change readiness.
