Job summary

Landing Point, a leading investment management firm, seeks a Senior Associate to lead AI platform administration and FinOps within the IT PMO. You will manage enterprise AI platforms, oversee provisioning, licensing, access controls, and governance to ensure reliability and security across the organization.

You will partner with Technology, Finance, Security, Risk, and Procurement to optimize spend, build dashboards, forecast costs, and provide leadership with actionable insights on AI adoption,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, IT, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in FinOps, financial operations, accounting, or IT operations.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI and SaaS administration consoles.
• Understanding of SaaS licensing models and FinOps principles.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise AI platforms, including provisioning and license management.
• Serve as primary contact for AI platform support and vendor coordination.
• Track usage, licensing, adoption, and spend across the AI portfolio.
• Develop dashboards and reporting on utilization, costs, and value.
• Identify opportunities to optimize AI-related spend and cost control.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and invoice reconciliation for AI platforms.
• Deliver insights to leadership on AI adoption and ROI.
• Partner with Tech, Finance, Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Procurement.
• Support AI governance framework and tool standards.
• Assist in evaluation, onboarding, and oversight of AI tools and vendors.
• Maintain audit-ready docs on platform administration and vendor relationships.
• Monitor utilization and compliance, escalate risks as needed.
• Coordinate renewals, true-ups, and procurement, maintaining inventories.
