Job summary

APTEAN in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Business Analyst for Business Systems & AI to support Salesforce, integrated enterprise systems and internal AI agents. You will collaborate with developers in Alpharetta and Bangalore, coordinate analysis, governance, and delivery five days a week onsite.

The role requires translating business needs for technical teams, maintaining documentation, planning QA/UAT, and managing backlogs and releases across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5+ years supporting enterprise systems and integrations.
• Experience with requirements, user stories, test plans, QA, UAT, and release sign-off.
• Experience managing backlogs and coordinating CRM/enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and acceptance criteria for AI agents and Salesforce enhancements.
• Manage feature requests, backlogs, risks, decisions, and release coordination.
• Own the AI Agent, MCP Server, and MCP Tool registry governance reviews.
• Plan QA and UAT, manage defects, and obtain business sign-off before releases.
• Coordinate distributed developers and stakeholder feedback across time zones.
