Job summary

Landing Point is seeking an Applied AI specialist to lead the integration of AI capabilities across its investment operations from New York. The role focuses on deploying AI tools for 30 global users, building data pipelines, and enhancing research with AI-enabled workflows.

You will work with investment teams to create reusable templates and models, streamline finance reporting, and ensure data quality and governance across outsourced IT and vendors.

Qualifications

• 4 to 10 years of experience delivering technology or data-driven solutions in a business environment.
• Hands-on experience with applied AI, data platforms, or automation, including structuring large datasets.
• Strong grasp of operationalizing data systems and integrating third-party sources into workflows.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions without hands-on coding.
• Working knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy, including managing outsourced IT.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prior experience in financial services or investments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and scale AI tools for approximately 30 global users, embedding adoption into durable workflows.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure integrating structured and unstructured data from 20+ years of proprietary databases and third-party sources.
• Partner with the investment team to enhance research through AI tools that improve analysis, monitoring, and idea generation.
• Connect research and data platforms to AI-enabled workflows, creating reusable templates and models.
• Streamline and automate accounting, finance, and performance reporting workflows.
• Support business development and client relationships through AI-enabled client reporting and CRM tracking.
• Automate client-facing deliverables, including presentations and recurring communications.
• Oversee data quality, governance, and reliability to ensure accurate and auditable outputs.
• Manage outsourced IT and vendors across infrastructure, cloud, security, and privacy.
• Lead project management across timelines, stakeholder alignment, and change management.
