Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Deal Intelligence Analyst to drive a data-centric, AI-augmented Deal Desk. You will design data systems and executive dashboards to analyze complex deal terms, margins, and pricing across regions.

You will build ELT/ETL pipelines from Salesforce, CPQ, and billing systems, enable AI workflows, and translate data insights into actionable narratives for finance and deal managers.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in Data Analytics, BI, or RevOps with full-stack data problem solving.
• Experience incorporating data into AI workflows and building predictive models.
• Expert SQL and proficiency in modern BI platforms for executive reporting.
• Strong Python (or TS) skills with ELT/ETL pipelines and API data access.
• Experience modeling financial/SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, margins).
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and edge/serverless architectures (Workers, R2, D1).
• CRM data structures (Salesforce) and CPQ lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive dashboards and self-serve reports with real-time deal visibility.
• Translate stakeholder ideas into automated, query-based solutions.
• Analyze pricing data to ensure margins align with business goals.
• Develop ELT/ETL pipelines from Salesforce, CPQ, and billing systems.
• Contribute to AI workflows by integrating deal data into Deal Desk tools.
• Turn complex datasets into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
