## Head of AI EfficiencyApply: On-site: Seattle, WA: Chicago, IL: Dallas, TX: New York, NY: San Francisco, CA: Full time: Posted Today: REQ541384**JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way**.Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong. Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.# **Role Summary**This role requires deep, working expertise in how corporate real estate is managed and delivered on an outsourced account — not a strategic overview from a distance. The person needs to know how facilities operations, construction delivery, lease administration, transaction management, and occupancy planning actually run day to day, where the friction lives in each, and why the existing process is shaped the way it is, because every AI recommendation this role makes will be judged on whether it holds up against that operational reality. This is a hands-in-the-weeds role: understanding the solution well enough to know if it's going to work, not just whether it sounds good in a deck. # **Structure**Structured as a two-in-a-box with the JLL account team managing an existing client relationship, partnered with a client-side counterpart of equivalent seniority. Both sides jointly own AI prioritization and outcomes for the account. # **Core Mandate**AI activity on this account comes from two directions — capabilities pushed out from JLL's central AI organization, and citizen AI that account teams build on their own closer to the work. The Head of AI Efficiency owns turning both streams into a single, prioritized, measurable program aligned to the outcomes JLL, and the client have jointly agreed to, not a portfolio of disconnected pilots running in parallel. # **Scope**The role spans the account's full-service delivery: facilities management (hard services, soft services, employee experience, and the procurement/finance operations underneath FM), project management (construction, scope, and budget), lease administration, transaction management, and occupancy planning. # **Key Responsibilities:*** **Measure rigorously and own ROI.** Establish the measurement framework from day one — baseline (pre-agentic) performance against post-agentic results — and report a single, consolidated ROI view across the full scope, not five disconnected business cases per line.* **Coordinate and prioritize.** Maintain one ranked view of AI activity across the account — central and citizen — and prioritize against the jointly agreed client objective, not whichever business line pushes hardest.* **Manage citizen AI.** Give account teams room to build without creating shadow-IT risk, duplicated tooling, or unmanaged data exposure. Decide what gets adopted into the roadmap and what gets retired.* **Own the take-to-production motion.** Move ideas from concept to deployed, measured impact for the people doing the work, not pilots that stall out.* **Influence and coordinate teams.** This role won't have a large team to build from scratch — success depends on influencing existing operational teams across all five lines to adopt and sustain the program, not on headcount.* **Partner with delivery functions.** Work through JLL's technology organization and each business line's operational leadership to roll out capabilities in a programmatic, repeatable way.* **Align to the joint client objective.** Every prioritization call is tested against what JLL and the client have agreed to, not against what's technically interesting. # **Required Experience & Qualifications:*** 10+ years in commercial real estate, with direct, working exposure to the business lines above — not adjacent experience, actual operational fluency in how these functions run* Demonstrated program management at an executive level, with a track record of influencing outcomes across teams that don't report to you* Cross-Functional communication, bridging communication between technical experiences and non-technical business stakeholders.* Working fluency in how AI and agentic AI evolve and get deployed against end-to-end business processes — enough to challenge a vendor's or a team's claims, not just receive them. Proficiency in data literacy, understanding how data is sourced, cleaned, and checked for quality* Comfort operating in a two-in-a-box structure with joint JLL/client accountability # **Core Competencies:*** **Process reengineering** — redesigns workflows rather than automating the broken ones* **Continuous improvement discipline** (kaizen or equivalent) owned by the operational teams doing the work* **Six Sigma / DMAIC or equivalent rigor** (Green/Black Belt preferred) for measurable, sustained results* **AI/ML and cloud tooling fluency** relevant to the account's specific environmentThis position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. **Expected compensation for this position:** 193,000.00 – 240,000.00 USD per year *Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.* **Location:**On-site –Arlington, VA, Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX, New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, Seattle, WA If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
