Job summary

Elasticsearch B.V. is expanding the AI Ecosystem Architects team to partner with OpenAI and Anthropic. You will own the technical strategy, build prototypes, and drive co‑build initiatives that integrate Elastic’s retrieval capabilities with frontier AI.

You’ll serve as Elastic’s technical voice, manage partner relationships, and shape GTM content while aligning product roadmaps with partner needs. Travel up to 30% to partner offices and events is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical presales, partner engineering, solutions architecture, or PM roles.
• Proven experience owning technical relationships with strategic AI or platform partners.
• Hands-on experience building prototypes and integration demos.
• Track record of influencing product roadmaps and partner priorities.
• Strong communication across developer and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical integration and shape Elastic product strategy.
• Co-create GTM content with OpenAI and Anthropic partnerships.
• Build reference architectures and prototypes for agentic AI as retrieval layer.
• Influence Elastic roadmap with feedback from partner ecosystems.
