Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks an Ecosystem Architect to own technical strategy and relationships with OpenAI and Anthropic. This hands-on role drives co-builds, prototypes, and GTM content, influencing Elastic Product strategy and delivering grounded, governed context for enterprise data.

You will manage end-to-end technical relationships, build reference architectures, and shape integration patterns with partner ecosystems, while guiding the roadmap and enabling field teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical presales, partner engineering, solutions architecture, product management.
• Proven experience owning technical relationships with strategic AI or platform partners.
• Hands-on experience building prototypes and integration demos to validate ideas.
• Track record of influencing product roadmaps and partner priorities.
• Strong communication across audiences, from developer conferences to architecture discussions.
• Willingness to travel 30% to partner offices, events, and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical integration and shape product strategy with OpenAI and Anthropic ecosystems.
• Co-create go-to-market content to help customers leverage partnerships.
• Own technical relationships with partner teams and Elastic product groups.
• Build reference architectures and prototypes for the retrieval layer in agentic AI.
• Influence Elastic's roadmap based on partner and customer feedback.
