Job summary

Insight is seeking an Agentic Workspace Sales Specialist in New York City to drive transformation by partnering with clients to design autonomous workflows and AI adoption. You will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging Insight’s Agentic Factory to move organizations from AI-curious to AI-native, delivering high-value business cases and strategic architecture.

You will manage cross-functional relationships, forecast territory growth, and lead ROI modeling to create compelling value propositions

Qualifications

• 10 years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience selling SaaS and professional services.
• Proven ability to develop business cases and governance models.
• Fluent in Norwegian to support local clients.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor, architecting transformation strategies and ROI models.
• Lead discovery, ROI modeling, and development of new Agentic Workplace opportunities.
• Drive Agentic Workplace Transformation and measurable business value across the customer base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful AI adoption and adoption of insights solutions.
• Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders to align on strategic goals.
