Job summary

OfficeSpace is seeking a Solutions Consultant to shape how prospects understand and adopt our AI-enabled workplace platform. You will partner with Account Executives to lead discovery, architect solutions, and deliver tailored demos across Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, IT, HR, and Workplace teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or technical SaaS consulting.
• Experience owning technical and solution strategy in complex B2B SaaS sales cycles.
• Strong discovery skills that uncover real business problems and requirements.
• Proven track record delivering compelling software demos for business and executive audiences.
• Strong technical aptitude across enterprise software, integrations, APIs, identity, data flows, security, and solution architecture.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, outcome-driven recommendations.
• Hands-on fluency with generative AI, agentic AI, and LLM-based tools in professional workflows, plus understanding their limitations.
• Strong AI orchestration skills: define objective, context, AI workflow, verify claims, know human oversight.
• Judgment to distinguish high-value AI from automation that adds risk.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities without losing rigor or trust.
• Consultative mindset across end users, technical teams, and executives.
• Experience with IWMS, workplace tech, enterprise integrations, POCs, RFPS, or technical evaluations is valuable.
• Familiarity with GraphQL APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML, SCIM, Microsoft 365, SaaS security/privacy concepts, AI agents, or prompt design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical and solution strategy across complex sales opportunities—from discovery through validation and close.
• Lead high-impact discovery to uncover business problems, workflows, requirements, success criteria, and risks.
• Translate customer needs into solution architectures connecting OfficeSpace capabilities to measurable outcomes.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that tell the customer's story and adapt in real time.
• Lead technical evaluations and POCs with clear hypotheses, use cases, success criteria, dependencies, and decision paths.
• Navigate enterprise architecture conversations across APIs, webhooks, SSO, identity management, data, and related systems; identify risks early.
• Partner with Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, Security to build a credible path forward.
• Orchestrate AI tools to accelerate research, discovery, design, and deliverables.
• Verify AI outputs before they influence decisions or communications.
• Help customers separate practical AI opportunities from hype and connect to outcomes.
• Lead complex RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, diagrams, and documentation with AI-assisted drafting.
• Build reusable discovery frameworks, patterns, prompts, and AI-enabled workflows.
