Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field plus ≥5 years data analytics, or Master’s with ≥3 years analytics.
• At least 3 years scripting with Python, R, Spark, or SQL.
• Experience with HR, Finance, and/or Operations data to drive decision making.

• Innovation: mine diverse data sources and build self‑service analytics tools.
• Business Intelligence: partner with the business to design dashboards, metrics and insights.
• Data Management: ensure data quality, metadata, lineage, and governance with Tech teams.
