Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 9+ years of client-facing or consulting experience OR 9+ years in Human Resources
• Experience in Human Resources leadership and strategy
• Bachelor’s Degree or MBA preferred
• Professional HR certification or coaching credential is a plus

Responsibilities

• Consult with senior executives and HR partners to drive business success with a strategic HR plan
• Translate business strategy into a talent strategy and embed a culture of equity and performance
• Lead talent strategy for AI/ML initiatives and scalable leadership structures
• Oversee workforce planning, succession, and recruiting/retention strategies
• Measure HR program effectiveness and use data to drive action
• Coach executives and provide guidance on leadership, org design, and strategy
• Partner to operationalize the 2026 AI/ML framework across LOB goals
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with recruiting, compensation, and business leaders
