Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Talent Reinvention Manager to lead data-driven workforce transformation initiatives for clients across Digital, Cloud, and Enterprise functions. You will design end-to-end programs, guide cross-functional teams and partner with ecosystem allies to implement AI-enabled operating models.

Travel up to 80% may be required as projects require on-site collaboration with clients. You should have deep experience in Talent Strategy, workforce planning, and change

Qualifications

• 5+ years across Talent functions incl Talent Strategy, workforce planning, skills-based practices.
• 3+ years consulting in workforce, talent, organization or change solutions.
• 1+ year helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.
• 1+ year experience serving utilities clients or in utilities finance/regulatory.

Responsibilities

• Use data and analytics to drive insights to shape experience-led end-to-end Workforce Reinvention programs for Digital, Cloud, Enterprise Wide and Support Functions.
• Manage project teams to use data collection and assessment tools for identifying AI and automation impact on roles and transformation pathways.
• Craft workforce reinvention strategies highlighting future role implications for enterprise, function and workforce.
• Collaborate with Ecosystem Alliance Partners using Gen AI, agentic AI, and automation to redesign work across human and machine workers.
• Work with clients to identify how roles must evolve and what work should shift to machines.
• Design AI-enabled operating models where humans focus on judgment and creativity while machines handle routine tasks.
