Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a Manager to lead workforce reinvention programs, applying data‑driven talent strategies across Digital, Cloud, Enterprise Wide and Support Functions. You will design transformations, mentor teams, and drive on‑the‑ground change rather than analysis alone.

As a senior contributor you will guide clients on future roles, machine-human work shifts, AI-enabled operating models, and enterprise‑wide reinvention conversations that connect workforce

Qualifications

• 5+ years across talent functions including strategy, planning, skills, sourcing, and learning.
• 3+ years consulting delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
• 1 year experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.
• 1 year experience serving utilities clients or in utilities finance/regulatory functions.

Responsibilities

• Use data and analytics to drive insights shaping end-to-end Workforce Reinvention programs for Digital, Cloud, Enterprise Wide and Support Functions.
• Manage project teams to identify AI and automation impact on roles and transformation pathways.
• Craft workforce reinvention strategies highlighting future roles and work implications for enterprise and workforce.
• Collaborate with Ecosystem Partners using Gen AI and automation to design cross-functional solutions.
• Identify how roles must evolve, what work should shift to machines, and why for each direction.
• Design AI-enabled operating models where humans focus on judgment, creativity, and exceptions.
• Co-create enterprise-wide reinvention conversations that connect workforce transformation to business strategy and value creation.
• Drive change programs moving organizations from analysis to action and blended human-machine teams.
• Lead with a people-first mindset; mentor team members and provide growth experiences.
• Support business development, including SOWs, proposals, and client presentations.
• Contribute to practice development including culture building, recruiting, and whitepapers.
