Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager in Talent Reinvention to design and lead data-driven workforce strategies across Digital, Cloud and Enterprise functions. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience across integrated Talent functions (Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, Technology Talent Development).
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
• Minimum of 1 year helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.
• Minimum of 1 year experience serving utilities clients or in a utilities finance, controllership, or regulatory function.

Responsibilities

• Use data and analytics to drive insights to shape experience-led end-to-end Workforce Reinvention programs for Digital, Cloud, Enterprise Wide and Support Functions.
• Manage project teams to identify AI and automation impact on roles and transformation pathways at organizational and individual levels.
• Collaborate with Ecosystem Alliance Partners using Gen AI, agentic AI, and automation technologies to design solutions that reshape work across human and machine performers.
• Lead change programs that move organizations from analysis to action and help leaders adopt new working methods.
