Accenture’s Talent Reinvention Partner is seeking an HR Reinvention Manager to lead how organizations reinvent HR in the digital age, integrating AI, automation, and new operating models.

You will work with senior clients to define strategies, build value cases, and deliver end-to-end HR reinvention programs, including change management and benefits realization.

This high-visibility role requires deep HR transformation expertise, strong relationships, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR transformation, digital HR, or HR technology consulting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Minimum of 2 years leading HR reinvention programs, including operating model, process, technology, or service delivery transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience applying AI, GenAI, automation, or analytics tools to improve HR processes, employee experience, workforce planning, or talent outcomes.
• Minimum of 1 year of High Tech Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage client relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Define HR reinvention strategy, value cases, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
• Lead end-to-end HR reinvention projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Advise on HR operating models, service delivery, and technology implementation.
