You’ll collaborate with product managers and developers to translate goals into design solutions using AI-assisted workflows.

The position supports hybrid work from Leawood, KS or Burlington, MA with remote options within the United States. A strong portfolio and 3+ years in UX design are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 3+ years of UX or product design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma; experience with AI-powered design tools (Claude, generative tools) preferred.
• Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers.
• Portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• AI-Augmented Design: use AI tools to rapidly concept solutions and iterate.
• End-to-End UX Design: craft user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Research & Validation: conduct user research and usability testing.
• Collaboration: work with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across the product lifecycle.
• Design Systems: contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency.
• Design Excellence: advocate accessibility and best practices in interaction design.
